HEALTH GUARANTEE

All of our adults and pups receive the best veterinarian care including vaccinations, preventative care, worming, dew claws and tails docked. Most of our pups are born with natural bob tails; if not we have them docked. They are fed 'Exclusive Dog Food', available at most feed stores. We guarantee our pups to be free from genetic defects for 1 year. If your pup develops a problem caused by a genetic flaw, we will replace them with one of like sex and color from the next available litter. Any claim of a genetic flaw must be submitted to Ranch Aussie's from a licensed Veterinarian and substantiated by our Veterinarian to enable us to continue to ensure the quality of our dogs.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS

All pups come with ASDR registration papers, veterinarian records, and a health guarantee and are sold with breeding rights. We offer a 20% discount on most pups purchased as 'pet only' - with no breeding rights. If the discount does not apply, it will be noted by the price of the individual pup. A deposit of one $300 is required to hold future pups of a particular color, sex and/or size. A deposit of half (1/2) is required to hold a current pup. Both are not refundable, but can be applied towards another pup or a future pup. Pups to be shipped or delivered must be paid for in advance. You can pay your deposit through PayPal with a credit or debit card, with an additional 4% transaction fee, or by money order or check. No pup will be held without a cleared deposit and no pup will be released until all payments are cleared. No refunds will be given.

HOLDING PUPS

We will hold a puppy paid in full up to 10 weeks, after which a boarding fee of $8/day, plus any Veterinarian costs will be charged.

SHIPMENT

Shipping costs can range from $250 - $400, depending on where shipped and is not included in the pup's price. We only fly pups in temperature and pressurized controlled Aircraft. NO EXCEPTIONS
